Chapter 4: Possible Threats on Each Side

Dark Mare confronts what appears to be the most mysterious and powerful intruder yet. Optimus didn't waste time in sending a lightning blast at the mare but to his surprise, the heroine kept her ground.

"So I'm guessing you must be from where Bumblebee and Scorponok has come from." Dark Mare said to Optimus sternly.

"How were you able to resist that?" Optimus ask Dark Mare in surprise.

"Insulated armor and I was hit by lightning attacks before."

"Regardless, you will release Bumblebee right now."

"Give me answers first then we'll see."

Optimus narrows his eyes, apparently not in the mood for this. He demands once more, "Release Bumblebee or I shall take him from you by force!"

Optimus fires a blaster at Dark Mare who dodges it in time. She quickly fires a magic blast, knocking the Autobot back then flew in with a combination of punches and kicks, sending the intruder to a wall. Dark Mare fires a boomerang spell, causing Optimus to block it.

Optimus fires another blast, keeping Dark Mare but she flew around, dodging the attacks before going in, throwing various bombs at the Autobot to keep him at bay. As the newcomer kept on the attack, he spots Bumblebee beginning to awake. Optimus slowly goes around in circles as if preparing for his next move. Dark Mare moves in the opposite direction, ready for anything.

However when Optimus got near the prisoner, he grabs Bumblebee making Dark Mare realizes what's about to happen, causing him to fire the next attack. The Autobot blocks it in time before he teleports away with Bumblebee, escaping the scene.

"Wait!" Dark Mare exclaims but it's too late, the intruder and the prisoner are now gone. What's next?

Just then Dark Mare looks out the window and saw a shocking sight: there are large yellow rights of light cracking over the surface of the planet of the planet. It's as if...something is trying to merge with it.

"Much as I thought; much worst," Dark Mare said seriously knowing that whatever's happening is just the beginning.

The beginning of the end possibility.

"At the Optimus Prime base"

Ratchet was able to knock Airazor down but the mad Maximal doesn't appears to be giving up. But before the battle could do on, a teleportation appears, cutting the battle off big time.

"Ratchet, Airazor, stop this!" Optimus demands sternly to his allies. "What's going on?"

"Hell if I know!" Ratchet exclaims innocently to his leader. "I came here to help Airazor and she attacked me for no reason."

Airazor groans as she got up, recovered from the madness. The Maximal spoke up, "I...I saw you as the enemy Starscream and thought you were the threat. I don't know how but it happened. I'm sorry, Ratchet."

"It's okay. Whatever was making you malfunction appears to be gone now."

"Most likely Airazor was influenced by the same forces that have affected Bumblebee as well." Optimus said grimly. Sure enough, the allies saw Bumblebee, now awakened, recovered and coming out from behind.

"Bumblebee," Airazor gasps, relieved to see that her ally is safe. "What happened to you?"

"I got captured by the invaders but luckily Optimus saved me." Bumblebee explains to Airazor with a nod.

"I found him aboard that flying vessel." Optimus explains, pointing to the Harmony League's space station in the sky, "Airazor, why did you come here?"

"To find you Optimus, I was attacked by two pony like warriors." Airazor explains to Optimus in concern. "They took off to that space station right before Ratchet came."

"I have no clue as to where these invaders came from or who is leading them but it's obvious that Earth is now facing a grave new challenge. As of now, our world is merging with another, I can feel it."

"But how! Unicron was destroyed!" Bumblebee exclaims to Optimus in disbelief. "We manage to stop him from destroying Earth and other worlds! How could this be possible now?"

"I think that Unicron may still be functional and these new pony warriors are his reinforcements." Optimus said in concern. If these 'pony warriors' are Unicron's new forces, then the Autobots clearly got a new threat on their hands.

"Well, we better do something about it!" Ratchet exclaims in determination. "Airazor, let's get back to the base and see if we can mount a counter attack from there."

Airazor nods at this. The Autobots and Maximals will need all the help and work they can get to counter the new threat to Earth.

As Dark Mare tries to figure out the mystery of what's happening, she watch a news report on one of the computers. A report spoke, "It appears that whatever is happening is doing so across the glove. Strange structures and artifacts are appearing without warning. The big question remains: where is Princess Celestia?"

"Good question." Dark Mare said, narrowing her eyes. "Where are you, Celly?"

Celestia's Fortress of Harmony has a strong snowstorm arriving. No one knows why but apparently the princess just got...an uninvited guest...

Buffalo Fighter and her fellow buffalos are preparing for what could be a major new battle on their island of Applelooscira. With what's happening and their allies disappearing from left to right, they will need to prepare for the worst.

Buffalo Fighter is receiving a communications call from Dark Mare from the space station, "Buffalo Fighter, Dark Mare here. We need you at once. I cannot reach my sister. I feared Equestria may be in for another invasion soon."

"Don't you think I don't know that. Even now the invasion has reached Applelooscira." Buffalo Fighter said in concern. Sure enough, the heroine is standing in front of a glowing yellow line of light that divides her own island and a strange new robotic world which appears to be in ruins.

"Do you wish for assistance?"

"No, I will let you know once it's over. Buffalo Fighter out."

Once Buffalo Fighter has end her communications, she see some robots led by a huge one, Megatron who managed to escape the Ark after Bumblebee's defeat of him, standing at the bridging light dividing between two worlds. If these forces wish to invade, they got to go through her first!

Buffalo Fighter approaches the new threat as Megatron narrows his eyes, demanding, "Leave my turf at once, organic life form, or you shall pay with your life!"

"I am Princess Strongheat, emissary of Applelooscira!" Buffalo Fighter exclaims to the villain sternly. "You and your allies are not wanted here. Give up now and you will be given safe passage to your world."

"You dare makes demands of Megatron?! This is my world; FIGHT!"

Looks like Megatron wants to do this the hard way. He fires laser blasts at Buffalo Fighters who dodges them then punches the Deception a few times then upper cutting him quickly, causing Megatron to hit the ground. The villain recovers and brought out some cannons to fire rapid projectiles at the one who is defying him.

"Die, bitch!" Megatron exclaims eagerly. Of course, Buffalo Fighter quickly uses her lasso to grabs him and slams the robot to the ground hard.

Buffalo Fighter dodges the bombs being thrown at her by Megatron then quickly performs a combo on the robot, keeping him at bay then knocks him down. The villain got back up and fires an energy blast at Buffalo Fighter who uses her impenetrable bracelets to keep her face safe.

Megatron frowns, his attacks aren't appearing to be working at this rage. The robot quickly retreats with his army following, they know when it's best to fight and flee. The Buffalos prepares to follow but their leader quickly motions them to stop. Now is not the time for this.

Buffalo Fighter quickly radios in to Harmony League, saying, "Buffalo Fighter to Dark Mare. We faced the intruders and they retreated into the jungle."

"Right, but I got some more bad news." Dark Mare's voice said grimly over the radio. "Equestria appears to be merging with another world of some kind."

"By the gods."

"Our world and the alien one is occupying the same time and space as figments separating only by large..."

"...large yellow energy rifts, yeah, I've seen them." Buffalo Fighter said with a nod, confirming to her ally as to what she's seeing.

"We need my sister at once but no one knows where she's at." Dark Mare's voice said to Buffalo Fighter seriously. Celestia is needed to help in fighting this new threat but she appears to be missing in action.

"I will check Manehattan."

Buffalo Fighter cuts off communications. She got to get over to Manehattan. Hopefully Celestia is there and she can get her help in confronting what is happening here.

Manehattan still shows the effects of Celestia's battle with Discord's forces, seen in the abandoned streets. So far, it doesn't appear that anypony is around. But Buffalo Fighter is determined to find her ally no matter where she goes.

Buffalo Fighter, finding her path obstructed by a destroyed road, said, "Discord's invasion has definitely ravaged Manehattan. It isn't like Celestia to..."

"Buffalo Fighter," A familiar voice exclaims. Buffalo show another ally of hers, the Ancient Ryu-Yasha AKA Flare Tiger arriving near her. Her role is to watch over the heroes as protector and guardian, also, she's keeper of the Knowledge of the Space and Time which she's able seek what is needed or wanted. She's like a Shaman when she's worn a mask of the Dragon, along with it is feathers around it and she worn a cloak, which is the same as an Africa-type. Any hero would seek her out, she lived at the edge of the Everfree Forest, she share with the other shamans, who seek her wisdom for her potions to helping other ponies who had problems.

"Ancient Ryu-Yasha; Have you seen Celestia?"

"Afraid not; looks like things are going bad again. Does this mean 'dat Discord is on the attack?"

"That I don't know of yet. Already we are dealing with robots who..." Buffalo Fighter was interrupted when a space bridge appears from behind her. Another robot came out of it, falling to her knees, making the two heroes notice, "Great Spirits! Are you all right? Allow us to help you."

"Looks like another one of those robots yew managed." Ancient Ryu-Yasha said to Buffalo Fighter, suspecting that this robot is another one of those robots that her friend mentioned. If that's the case, this could be trouble.

Once the space bridge is closed, the robot known as Arcee looks around, looking horrified by what she's seeing. The Autobot had yet to notice Buffalo Fighter or Ancient Ryu-Yahsa and already she is horrified.

"No, it cannot be! We stopped his attack!" Arcee exclaims in horror. "He was destroyed!"

"What?" Ancient Ryu-Yasha asks in surprise, wondering who the heck that Arcee is referring.

"Who; Discord," Buffalo Fighter ask Ryu-Yasha trying to help this newcomer.

"I saw more and he's more powerful than ever! He tore his world asunder! Was I too late?! Did he already brought chaos and destruction to this world?!" Arcee asks frantically. As she looks at the devastation, the Autobot still didn't see Buffalo Fighter who got her communicator out to get her some help, robot or no.

"Buffalo Fighter to station, I will need a med-unit where I'm at. We got another victim of the invasion."

"More like a cause of 'de invasion." Ancient Ryu-Yahsa said to her friend in precaution.

"Still...." Buffalo Fighter said as she turns her communications off to speak with Arcee. "Hey, listen, you're safe now. We..."

But when Buffalo Fighter touches Arcee lightly, her hoof is slapped away. The Autobot now realize that she's not alone, becoming hostile as she exclaims, "I have been followed! Who are you two?!"

"Relax; we aren't going to hurt you. My name is Buffalo Fighter."

"And 'de name is..." Ancient Ryu-Yasha said as she prepares to introduce herself next.

But then something unexpected happens that made Ryu-Yasha yelps in shock: Arcee's eyes turn yellow with rage as her voice distorts, "Assassins of the Decepticons! I am not easily fooled! Your master send you both to finish me but this battle shall be your last; Fight!"

Buffalo Fighter finds herself being forced to defend herself as the mad Arcee attacks her with punches. The heroines quickly pummel off the attacker like mad. Ancient Ryu-yasha quickly manages to help her friend in double-teaming the mad Autobot, hitting her and allowing the two to subdue before knocking Arcee to the ground.

Arcee got back up and opens a space bridge, Buffalo Fighter calls out, "Wait," Too late. While the rage is no longer in the Autobot, she is still scared of what's around her. Arcee didn't even look behind herself much as she jumps into the portal that closes behind her.

As the two heroines try to figure out what to do next, Buffalo Fighter got another communication. Dark Mare's voice calls in, "Buffalo Fighter, Dark Mare here; My sister is not in Manehattan at all and we got word that her Fortress of Harmony has been breached."

"But that isn't possible!" Buffalo Fighter exclaims to Dark Mare stunned. How is it possible that the princess's fortress has been breached?

"With what's going on, nothing is impossible anymore." Ancient Ryu-Yasha said seriously to Buffalo Fighter. With the madness that's going around lately, it's impossible for nothing to not be that way anymore.

"Celestia could be in serious trouble." Dark Mare's voice adds in concern.

"And without her, so is Equestria. Ancient Ryu-Yasha and I are on our way." Buffalo Fighter adds as she cuts off communications. The two heroines quickly head off on their way to get to the Fortress of Harmony.

The snowstorm continues around the fortress as Buffalo Fighter and Ancient Ryu-Yasha arrives in the scene. They spot a large hole shattered in a wall that appears to be going into some sort of high tech lair. The two would've investigated but they saw a robotic figure on his knees in exhausted...and Celestia is on the ground, apparently unconscious.

"Celestia," Ancient Ryu-Yasha gasped in shock and alarm upon seeing this.

"What have you done?!" Buffalo Fighter demands to the Predacon known as Dinobot who looks up and spots her.

"Two more, just as the Fallen has said!" Dinobot growled. He and Buffalo Fighter begin walking in circles, glaring at each other as if preparing to fight.

"Who are you?"

"The name is Dinobot."

"Give up and I will make sure that no harm will come to you." Buffalo Fighter said, pleading for the intruder to give up without any further harm. The Predacon is obviously exhausted from taking down Celestia so he couldn't be able to fight on.

"The Seekers do not know when to give up!" Dinobot growls furiously to Buffalo Fighter, "FIGHT!"

Ancient Ryu-Yasha stands back to watch as the two quickly fight each other. Fortunately, Dinobot was weakened from taking down Celestia so Buffalo Fighter quickly pound his face and chest, using his lasso to knock the Predacon all over the place before he hit the floor in defeat.

"Ah think he got tired from taking down Celestia." Ancient Ryu-Yasha said in concern as Buffalo Fighter uses her lasso to tie the defeated Dinobot up.

"Okay, time to wake Celestia up." Buffalo Fighter said with a nod. She and Ancient Ryu-Yasha manages to wake up Celestia who got up a bit barely, almost getting onto her hooves. As they help her up, Buffalo Fighter ask, "Celestia, what's wrong? Are you all right?"

"Something's wrong. My powers had been fluctuating ever since the battle with Discord." Celestia groans a bit. Something's wrong with her powers, enough to make her either weak or not doing right. "For a while, I thought it was the red becoming red but it's still yellow. I came back here to discover what's wrong when that Dinobot attacked. My friends, what's wrong with me? It must be a basis in magic!"

"You are fortunately that I am not suspectible to magic so Dinobot got what's coming to him. Your sister suspects that he may be a part of the invasion. Heroes all over the world are disappearing, including the Multi-Colored Blur, Grand Diva, The Doctor Storm and others."

"And git 'dis. Our planet is merging with another." Ancient Ryu-Yasha adds in, explaining what else had happened. "We think it may be Grimdark."

"Grimdark; that must mean that Discord is back," Celestia exclaims in surprise. If her old enemy had returned, she, Buffalo Fighter and the rest of the Harmony league will need all the help that they can get. "I must return to Manehattan. I will rejoin you back at the station."

"Hey, wait!"

Too late, Celestia quickly leaves the scene. Equestria is her new home since her arrival here so she is willing to do what it takes to save it.

Buffalo Fighter glances at Dinobot, still tied up, and orders, "Dinobot, who is behind this invasion? Tell us!"

"Don't play me for a damn fool, pony!" Dinobot snaps angrily to Buffalo Fighter. "You are the invaders!"

The two heroines look shocked at this. Ancient Ryu-Yasha comments, "If Ah remember right, your lasso keeps others from lying. He must think we are the invaders."

Suddenly a voice came from Buffalo Fighter's communication. As she answers it, Purple Magic Horn's voice is heard, "Buffalo Fighter, this is Purple Magic Horn! We got a problem! The station is in chaos and Captain Staremistress is going out of control! We can't contain her and my ring is running out of power!"

"Right, we will be there ASAP." Buffalo Fighter said seriously. Captain Staremistress must be calm down or she will destroy everyone and everyone on the station! Once the communicator is off, the buffalo grabs the Predacot. "You will be coming with us."

"Right, we want answers and ye will give them to us." Ancient Ryu-Yasha said to Dinobot sternly. This Predacon got a lot to answer for.

Ratchet and Airazor make their return to the Maximals' base. They need to make a portal to the space station and figure out what's going on and confront these pony intruders.

As the two goes to the space bridge, Airazor comments, "At least Bumblebee is all right."

"After all I got to the Ark, you were gone already. I did find some Pegasus pony in tights and have her med-evaced to the infirmary." Ratchet explains to Airazor. So that must be the same pony that Bumblebee has fought before. "I followed your signal to Optimus Prime's HQ. Honestly, you must stop running off. Autobots and Maximals are allies and they can't take on the enemy alone."

"Right, I will make sure to on that."

"Make sure you get some repairs. I will get the space bridge ready to get us to that space station. That way, we will take them by surprise."

"All right, good plan. But I should warn you, that Space Bridge isn't cooperating lately." Airazor explains bitterly to Ratchet. That space bridge is becoming one hell of a sitter lately.

"Hey, I can handle it right?" Ratchet asks Airazor with an arrogant smile. The Maximal heads off to make some repairs on herself. The Autobot works at the controls alone. "Hmm, Airazor does have a point. The space bridge is having trouble focusing. Must be the side effect of the two universes merging like Hell; hopefully parts of it is more stable now. Just a few more adjustments...and there, that's more like it."

"Impressive teleportation technology" A voice spoke up. Ratchet, startled, turns to see a lizard in an advanced armor suit arriving. "More advanced than the technology of those ponies. In fact all of your technology is decades ahead of anything I've seen in Equestria. How about you and I do business?"

"It's a space bridge. Who are you?"

"The name is Dr. Lizardo, perhaps you've heard of me and my little business I've run called Lizard Inc."

"Hey, this area needs top clearance, pal." Ratchet said with a deep frown. He doesn't know who this 'Dr. Lizardo is' but this intruder must be from the other world. "And you aren't invited."

Dr. Lizardo chose to ignore Ratchet's comment as he goes to the space bridge, adding. "My technicians pick up a massive signal coming from right here. I'm a hands-on managerial types genius so I came to see for myself; so how about business? Must more better than the alliances I made with Nightmare Moon."

"Yeah about that..." Ratchet growls, looking pissed. Suddenly the rage begins to affect him as he snaps, "How about I give you a demonstration of my very own impressive technology, dick?!"

The same rage appears in Dr. Lizardo's eyes as he remarks sinisterly, "I rather do this by claw shake...but if you must fight..."

D. Lizardo quickly fires missiles at Ratchet but the Autobots tosses and grabs the villain, tossing him to the floor and knocking him back. Dr. Lizardo quickly got back up, charging and hitting the Autobot a few times. Ratchet quickly hit the lizard a few more times, getting hit by Dr. Lizardo's lasers as a result.

Ratchet grabs Dr. Lizardo, slamming him right into a wall. The villain remarks, "Very powerful...for a robot!" Dr. Lizardo kicks his enemy before forward to knock Ratchet to the floor. "You are more persistent than Celestia. Looks like I will kill you."

"Not a chance, lizard!" Ratchet snaps as he got up and hit Dr. Lizardo a few times. The hero end up overwhelming the villain and send him to the floor unconscious. "And stay down."

As the rage stops quickly, Airazor came in, having overheard the commotion. She asks, "What's going on?"

"Apparently our enemies had found our base. This guy breached our defenses somehow."

"And who's he?"

"He calls himself Dr. Lizardo who runs some sort of company." Ratchet said, shaking his head at the unconscious Dr. Lizardo. "From the looks of him, I say he wanted to take over the world."

"Thanks Cyberton you put a stop to that." Airazor said to Ratchet with a nod. "But how would we know?"

"Well, there's only one way to find out. Let's put that space station out of commission."

"At the Space Station..."

Captain Staremistress is close to losing it. She is clearly enraged with the yellow light showing off in her eyes like mad. Both Buffalo Fighter and Ancient Ryu-Yasha arrives with the handcuffed Dinobot, the females are horrified as they see their friends standing over Purple Magic Horn, preparing to finish her off.

"Fluttershy, stop," Purple Magic Horn calls out to Captain Staremistress in horror. But it doesn't look good! The mad mare summons a lightning bolt to get rid of her...

Luckily, Purple Magic Horn's ring manages to teleport herself out of danger in time, but it appears that she was destroyed by her mad ally. Buffalo Fighter in horror exclaims, "Twilight! Fluttershy, what have you done?!"

"The rage...it's going to destroy us all!" Captain Staremistress groans a bit in rage.

"Not if I can help it. Forgive me but I got no choice but to do this."

Ancient Ryu-Yasha and Dinobot stood on the sidelines as Buffalo Fighter was forced to fight Captain Staremistress, throwing punches and powers at each other. Despite being powerful, the raging is weakening Fluttershy herself, allowing the buffalo to tie her up with her lasso to keep her subdued.

Captain Staremistress tries her best to fight the rage but it appears to keep its hold on her. Yin-Yang Death (AKA Shadow Cat) and Gaia Beast (AKA Flower Dog) rush in with the former calling out, "What's happening? Where's Purple Magic Horn?"

"Ah don't know, Shadow!" Ancient Ryu-Yasha exclaims to Yin-Yang Death in worry. "Captain Staremistress almost destroyed her but Purple Magic Horn must've teleported herself away in time."

"Eeep, the rage...it is burning inside me!" Captain Staremistress exclaims madly, feeling like she is going to lose it again at any given moment.

"Fluttershy, please be calm." Buffalo Fighter said calmly, trying her best to calm her mad friend down. "Now what did you do to Purple Magic Horn? Why did you attack her?"

"I...I do not know. The forces are all unbalanced...shifting! I reach out to the gods but don't recognize what I'm seeing. Oh, please help me...the Rage is scaring me..."

Eventually, Captain Staremistress fell unconscious; the Rage was too much for her to fight conscious. Dinobot watch in amusement as he comments, "You should have killed her."

Buffalo Fighter however shakes her head as she said sternly to the Predacon, "Your world must be different. Here we do not believe in killing unless there is no other choice. And Twilight and her friends would never forgive me if I killed Fluttershy." The buffalo opens up a communication. "Buffalo Fighter to Dark Mare, I have found Celestia but now there's a new problem. We've lost Purple Magic Horn!"

"Okay, Fluttershy, time we get something to hold ya." Yin-Yang Death said. She and Gaia Beast decide that it's time to put Captain Staremistress in a cell to hold her until she calms down."

"Right, I just hope nothing else happens today." Gaia beast remarks in agreement.

Unknown to the heroes, Ratchet teleports out of the space bridge somewhere in the space station. But to his concern, Airazor appears to be gone. He opens up communications on his wrist, "Airazor? Airazor, are you there?"

Airazor's voice is heard, "Looks like we are been sent to different locations on this station. That space bridge still needs some work obviously."

"Obviously; we better regroup. Stay where you are. I will try to..." Ratchet stops as he saw something that caught his attention. "Hang on, someone's coming."

Ratchet quickly duck behind some boxes and took a look. He sees a pony guard escorting Captain Staremistress. The Autobot guesses that it must be the same mare that Airazor took on back at Optimus's base.

The guard speaks into a communicator, "Okay, we've set up a temporarily facility as requested, Buffalo Fighter. Hopefully it should keep Captain Staremistress until she can recovered."

"Thanks, if this merge with Equestria continues, everyone's powers may be affected. I will join you shortly with our new guest." Bufffalo Fighter's voice said on the other end. Ratchet decides that it's time to strike while he got a chance. The Autobot came out of hiding and charges forward.

"Right; Can you tell me of any special security measures that...'

But as the guard turns, Ratchet quickly hits him, knocking the guard across the room and into some boxes, knocking him out. The Autobot hates to do that but he must do what he must to save Earth. Ratchet then threw a punch at Captain Staremistress...but all it does is make her flinch and possibly pissed off.

Captain Staremistress's eyes glows as she grunts in pain. Ratchet in concern said, "Okay, this has got a whole lot interesting."

Soon another fight breaks out. Captain Staremistress uses her powers and punches to knock Ratchet around, allowing the robot to grab a metal object to keep himself steady. His opponent flies at him in an attempt to hit the Autobot but Ratchet dodges and blocks the attacks.

Captain Staremistress yelps as her enemy quickly hits her on all sides and then at the neck. The mare cringes as she fell to the floor unconscious. Ratchet sighs a bit, that was intense.

Ratchet turns his radio on as he calls to Airazor, "Airazor. This area is secured. What is your situation?"

"I'm all right. We got to locate the main command center to cripple this station's capabilities." Airazor's voice said on the other end.

"Right, now stay where you are. I will follow your signal and get to you."

"You aren't going anywhere, robot." A new voice spoke sternly. Ratchet turns and saw Buffalo Fighter nearby, causing him to fire laser blasts at the buffalo. But she uses her bracelet to block the attacks in time.

Ratchet stops his shooting and saw a familiar Predacon handcuffed and approaching behind her. He calls out in surprise, "Dinobot?!"

"So you two know each other?"

"Of course; that is Ratchet, a formidable Autobot and opponent; but perhaps you will best to find out for yourself, freak." Dinobot said in amusement as he steps aside. Buffalo Fighter glares angrily at him. This Predacon has been testing her patience lately.

Ratchet then saw Buffalo Fighter's eyes glowing yellow, just like what happened a few times before, as her voice become warped, "Okay, 'opponent'. I got no idea what your universe is doing to mine or what you're doing to this station...but warriors don't use lasers or guns like cowards!" Ratchet pauses then put his laser gun away. Looks like his opponent wants a hands-on fight, "If you wish for a fight, then you will join your Dinosaur friend in a cell!"

Buffalo Fighters flies at Ratchet who dodges her attack in time. The mad buffalo hits the robot in the jaw, making him groan in pain. Dinobot called out, "Come on, Ratchet. You can do better than that!"

"Don't distract me!" Ratchet exclaims as he dodges Buffalo Fighter but she uses her lasso to grab him and tossed him aisde.

Ratchet got back up, frowning a bit then ducks from Buffalo Fighter's next attack. Quickly, he grabs the buffalo by the neck and slams her into the wall a few times then tosses her down, knocking her right out. The Autobot pants a bit. These fights kept on getting more obvious and intense by the moment.

Ratchet activates his communicator, summoning Airazor, "Airazor, you won't believe whom I just bumped into. It's Dinobot."

"Dinobot; what the hell is he doing up there?" Airazor's voice asks in surprise by this information.

"Well, I am a captive...or was." Dinobot explains to the two heroes in amusement, "Looks like we're allies now."

"Right, even appearances can be deceiving." Ratchet said, narrowing his eyes at this. The Autobot doesn't know if he could trust a former Predacon. What if Dinobot tries to backstab him later?

"True, but you would be a damn fool to refuse my help."

"Hmmm, your call, Airazor; shall we trust Dinobot?"

"Better than the devil you know than the one we don't." Airazor's voice answers. It means she decides that, while the Maximal doesn't seem keen on the idea, it's best to trust Dinobot for now.

"All right then..." Ratchet said. He proceeds in slashing Dinobot's handcuffs, smashing it to pieces and freeing him. "Start talking. What do you know?"

"These warriors aren't anything I've met before." Dinobot explains as he checks his robotic wrists. "I don't know who commands them yet."

"So you got any ideas?"

"Hmmm, I suspect that Unicron has come back to finish what he has started and with a new army made up of pony like creatures. Perhaps I need to find someone...a certain Fallen Decepticon who may have answers."

"Fallen Decepticon; that doesn't sound good," Ratchet said with a deep frown. He knew that Dinobot is referring to the Fallen but the only one who knows where he is is Optimus and the Autobots' leaders won't tell anyone his location so easily.

"Well, like it or not, we need his help. If there's a threat of invasion, the Fallen knows something about it." Dinobot said seriously as he took off to the space bridge as Ratchet watches him go.

Dinobot must locate the Fallen to find any clues to the leader of this 'new threat'.

Both sides are suffering losses but at least some new info is learned. In the next chapter, Dinobot goes searching for the Fallen but obstacles like Optimus, the Red Devil, Dark Mare and his former ally Scorponok stands in his way. Meanwhile, Purple Magic Horn deals with some problems of her own with Captain Staremistress, trying to fight the Rage, looking for her own answers and discovering who the true threat is.
