Chapter 3: Stolen!

Mickey manages to put SpongeBob into hiding once more before resuming toy mode. And just in time as Didi came into the room with a 25 cents box, saying, "Okay, time to see what's up here."

Didi goes over to the bed where Goofy's bottom is exposed. The woman reaches under the bed and grabs...a pair of roller skates. The slingy dog is safe. Didi now goes over to where Willie is. The giant looks worried as the woman picks him up...only for him to calm down as she put him aside to pick up a board game. Willie's eyes moves secretly as she left him. Close one!

"Now what else," Didi ask, wanting to see what other toys that Tommy no longer plays with that she can get rid of.

Didi now goes over to the shelf where Mickey is at. The woman picks up a baby toy and then a book...and finally SpongeBob. Mickey looks shocked secretly as SpongeBob whispers quietly and sadly to his friend, "Bye, Mick."

Once SpongeBob is in the box, Didi left the room. Mickey came out of toy mode and looks over the edge to see the box with his friend in it. The mouse gulps in worry. He got to save his friend before the sponge toy is sold off...or worst, thrown away!

"SpongeBob," Mickey exclaims quickly. "Come on, Mickey. Think, think, think!"

Mickey got an idea. He quickly tries to use his good arm to make a whistle, only to make a raspberry. The mouse groans as he uses his broken one to make the whistle successful the second time. Spike came in, answering the toy's call.

"Spike, here boy!" Mickey calls out to Spike who looks to see him. "Up here, stay where you are!" The mouse then works to climb down safely to get to the dog but he is almost slipping, "Whoa, no, no, no, no, NOOO!"

Mickey ends up losing his grip as he fell off the shelf. Luckily for him, the toy mouse fell safely onto Spike's back. As the dog barks, Mickey said, "Yeah, I'm fine, Spike. All right, come on, Spike; to the yard sale!"

The other toys gasps in shock as Mickey rode off on Spike out of the room. Donald gasps, "Hey, what's going on?!"

"Mickey!" Minnie exclaims in worry. Mickey is heading to the yard sale?!

"Gawrsh, his arm isn't that bad!" Goofy exclaims in worry. Mickey wouldn't be upset over his broken arm enough to actually sell himself if Tommy never played with him again!

"Mickey, don't do it! We loved you!" Willie exclaims frantically to Mickey.

"Something of this action isn't very...settling." Unknown spoke in having a feeling, this action was very unlike Mickey Mouse.

"This unknown act in which is even unknown to you, Unknown, is something we need to un-unknown and have it be known!" Bugs spoke with a serious face in seeing this was indeed  weird & unknown to them, and they need to figure it out.

"Boy, try saying that stuff five times fast!" Iago rolled his eyes in seeing the rabbit made a funny; that could almost be a tongue twister.

"Quickly; To the window ," Bugs issued in what the group needs to do here.

Outside, Mickey rides on Spike carefully as he said, "All right, try to be careful on the steps now."

Spike nods as he heads down the stairs, Mickey kept his hold onto the dog carefully though he ends up hitting the wall a little. Luckily, the mouse didn't fall off of Spike. A while later, Spike opens the door to outside and peeks out. Mickey peeks out and saw Didi putting the 25 cents box onto the table. Now he just got to get to that box, get SpongeBob and get back inside the house without any trouble.

"Okay, Spike. Let's go. And try to keep it casual." Mickey whispers to Spike. The dog nod and waltz out the door and onto the sidewalk heading to the sale. The mouse rolls his eyes while whispering again, "Not that casual!" Spike nods, understanding as he heads over to the yard sale, making sure to keep Mickey from being seen by the humans.

Soon above in Tommy's room, the other toys gather at the window  .

"Gangway, parrot coming through, coming through." As Iago was stating this, Bugs held up jacobyel to help him see from faraway of what's happening.

"Gwash, I wanna see! Let me see!" Goofy asked from wanting to see anything.

"Is he out there?" Willie asked in a panicky worried tone.

"Do you see him?" Minnie asked with concerns in her voice.

"Calm yourselves, we don't know what's happening yet. Well Bugs?" Unknown spoke to calm this group while asking the rabbit.

"There he is!" Bugs spoke from seeing Mickey & Spike walking across the yard with the dog hiding the mouse toy.

Spike got to the table where the 25 cents box is at allowing Mickey to get off. The toy mouse rush over to a pepper grinder , hiding to avoid being seen by a customer passing by. Once he's gone, Mickey heads over to the 25 centers box. To his friends' shock, he climbs right in.

"Dugh, oh no! He's getting in the box!" Willie cried out in panic in what Bugs was seeing Mickey doing.

"Wha's the MOOK Doing? He's selling himself for a mere 25 cents!" Iago complained off in seeing the box Mickey went in.

"Golly Mickey, you're worth more than that." Goofy stated this to the others while he watched on, Mickey was worth so much more than a quarter.

"Indeed  , the action is unknown, unless..." Unknown spoke from having that suspicious feeling there was more to this then they think.

"Hold on. Hold on. Hold the phone  McDonald! He's got something." Bugs spoke off in seeing Mickey through jacobyel to see the mouse bring up to carefully aid....Spongebob, "Gaugh! Well I'll be Ma's Sweet Crispy Apple Pie! It's our spongy pal, SpongeBob SquarePants!" Bugs let off a surprise reply in seeing what Bugs was helping out of the box of 25 cents.

"SpongeBob," The other toys responded a bit surprise & confused to hear this out of nowhere.

"Duh hey now, it's not a suicide mission after all. It's more a rescue mission, duh...right?" Willie cried out in seeing what was going on, Mickey wasn't leaving them, he went to help a toy in need.

"Now it makes more sense. Tommy's mother never returned him to the boy, so we never expected that he was home & almost had a major oversight." Unknown spoke with his eyes glowing a bit before fading, looks like a missing toy was found by their mouse friend and just in time too.

Mickey smiles as he helps SpongeBob down off the table. Spike came over to help the toy moves the sponge one under the table. Mickey said, "Good boy, Spike. Hold still." The toy then proceeds in shoving SpongeBob under the collar before getting on. "Okay, that should hold you, pal."

"Thanks. Bless you, Mickey." SpongeBob said to Mickey with a smile. He somehow knew that the toy mouse wouldn't abandon him to a fate worse than being ripped apart.

"All right, let's get back to Tommy's room!"

With that, Mickey held onto SpongeBob as the two friends rode on Spike on their way back to Tommy's room.

Through jacobyel, the other toys see Mickey riding Spike to bring Spongebob home to them.

"Ha-ha-ha, oh, goody-goody gosh," Willie cheered for joy in seeing this happy moment.

"Way to go there, mouse-boy." Bugs complimented Mickey for the deed done good.

"Golly bob howdy doing!" Goofy cheered off in saying this weird response.

The other toys were happy to not see a friend go, but getting two friends back instead.

But suddenly, disaster begins to strike. SpongeBob is starting to slip from Spike's collar fast. The toy yelps, "Mickey, help! I'm slipping!"

Mickey quickly shoves SpongeBob back up in time. But at a sense of bad timing, when Spike jumped, he fell off, landing on the ground. When Mickey got up, he saw Spike heading into the house with SpongeBob still in his collar; Great, now what?

Suddenly Mickey heard a child laughing, forcing the toy mouse to return to toy mode. A little saw him and picks him while saying, "Mommy, mommy, look! Look at this, mommy, it's a mouse toy!"

The toys of Tommy saw the action of Mickey's newest hold of a child in the yard sale and were very shocked & surprised.

"Duh hey, that's not her toy!" Willie yelped off to point in seeing that was their pal the girl has.

"No, no, no, no! It's worse than comedy traits gone bad." Bugs moans off to say in seeing this happening here.

"Gee, what's that little girl think she's doing?" Goofy asked while through jacobyel, the gang sees the child waving Mickey around.

"Apparently, interested in Mickey the Mouse," Unknown spoke from having a feeling, the rescue mission just got complex with the rescuer in need of a rescue.

Now the little girl comes up to her mother looking at the yard sale.

"Mommy, mommy, can we get it? Please? Mommy, please?" The little girl spoke out in pleading in wanting the mouse toy to be bought, but....

"Oh, honey. You don't want that toy. It's broken." The child's mother responded to grab Mickey in showing the rip right arm as the girl pulled the string before the mother toss Mickey aside.

Mickey lands on a table nearby with his Keyblade falling from him. The mouse's voice box is heard, "There's a Heartless in my shoe !"

The voice box caught the attention of a customer who gasps excitedly and turns around. Upon seeing Mickey, he smiles and laughs, "Is that..." The customer grabs Mickey eagerly and looks at the mouse excitedly. "Original hand-painted face, natural dyed, blanket-stitched clothing!" He notes the rip on the arm. "Hmm, it's a little rip but it can be fixed. Oh now if you only got your custom-made attachable..."

The customer then saw it: Mickey's Keyblade. He laughs excitedly and picks it up, "Yes, yes! Ha ha ha! Your Keyblade! I found him, I found him, I found him at last!"

Mickey doesn't know it but he is in the hands of Eric Cartman, the owner of Cartman's Toy Fortress that was seen on TV. The fat boy came to yard sales, looking for a certain toy...and he has found him at last! Cartman's journey is at an end and the fat boy is filled with excitement.

Through jacobyel, the toys saw Eric Cartman laughing for joy in holding Woody while some dog barks were going on.

"Spike; Quiet down!" Tommy's mother was scolding their dog to be quiet while Eric saw the woman of the yard sale coming before grabbing a few things from the table to add with Mickey. "Excuse me. Can I help you?" Didi asked in seeing Eric Cartman was a customer looking around.

"Yeah; you can help by taking his paws off my pal there." Goofy sternly spoke in narrowing his eyes down at Cartman holding Mickey in his hands.

"Easy, let’s see how this plays out." Unknown calms the dog in thinking that the gang should watch how this plays out firstly.

"Yes miss, how much for all this stuff?" Eric asked off in wondering what Mrs. Pickles was selling this stuff he's got.

"Hmmm...?" As Didi was thinking, Cartman was speeding up.

"I'll give you 50 cents for all this junk here. How's that," Cartman shrug off dryly in saying that he'll buy this stuff even though it's not much use.

But then Didi saw Mickey with the batch and spoke in surprise. "Oh my, now, how did this get down here?" The woman knows that this was Mickey Mouse, her son's favorite toy, why was it down here?

"Come on laughing bucko, hand her the mouse." Bugs spoke in wanting Cartman to give Mickey to Tommy's mom, "Nice & easy now." The rabbit was speaking in wanting the situation to play out alright.

"Oh-hoho, I'm sorry. How's about five bucks instead." Cartman chuckled in seeing that the woman wanted a bigger price for this stuff.

"I'm sorry. It's an old family toy." Didi sadly objected Cartman's offer before grabbing Mickey from the guy's hold to drop the other stuff.

"Wha; Gwaaaugaaaughh..." Eric reached off to slowly groans in dropping his arms in what was a reject of his price for the mouse toy.

"That's it Mack. Now just walk away." Bugs slowly spoke while Cartman was letting off some frustration.

"Wait." Cartman held up his hand to stop the woman with the mouse toy.

"The other way, genius for brains; even foolish hunters would know that." Bugs spoke off with an annoyed tone in seeing Cartman not leaving.

"I'll-I'll-I'll give you 50 bucks for it." Cartman spoke off in raising his price to wanting to get Mickey very badly.

"Wow...50 bucks ain't bad of an offer." Donald whispered this out to Iago in hearing how much Cartman was going to get Mickey with the parrot nodding a bit to that price offer.

"Careful, you could be in Mickey's shoes  if you're being bought by greed." Unknown scolded the duck toy which made him hush up right away in not wanting to leave his home.

"Sorry, it's not for sale." Didi objected again in stating Mickey was not a toy for sale.

"But-but...Everything's for sale. Ain't it?" Cartman objected this refusal to not stopping himself while Didi put Mickey in a tool case with money  before locking it, "Or how about a trade? You like my watch?" Cartman was stating they could trade, he give his watch for the mouse toy.

"Sorry, but my decision is final." Didi issued her final word to end the debate of selling Mickey was a no show.

"Mic's okay! He's safe." Bugs issued off the good news to the others that Mickey was saved by Tommy's mother.

"Yeah; Way to go there, Tommy's mom," Iago cheered off for joy in seeing the boy's parent did good.

"She showed him a thing or two!" Donald smirked off to say in seeing that Cartman fella won't think twice now.

"Yippy! Alright! She showed him!" Goofy cheered that all was well for them and their mouse toy pal.

"Oh boy, oh boy," Willie clapped his hands for joy at this display.

"Oh thank heavens Mickey is safe." Minnie sighs for relief; that was a close call.

"A mother would never crush her child's love by selling something that can't be bought by money ; love." Unknown spoke with wise words in seeing the situation as stand, Tommy's mother would betray her son's trust & love if she gave out for extra cash, no self-respecting mother ever go across that line. And they are proud of Tommy's mom for making the good call.

"Aye lady," Cartman begins to protest but Didi pays him no attention. Her mind is made up. Once the yard sale is over, she is putting Mickey back into Tommy's room.

"Dill, don't touch that, honey." Through jacobyel, the toys saw Didi turn to speak to the younger child that was doing something while Cartman...wasn't doing well.

"Wait, please, lady! I...doohh," Cartman begged for the woman, only to groan in seeing that he wasn't getting anywhere now.

"Yeah; go home, Mr. Fancy Palooka!" Donald spoke off in seeing Cartman beginning to leave in defeat...

Or the guy would have, if Cartman didn't almost slip from the skateboard beneath his feat which...made the guy look back with a sneaky expression.

"Hold the phone ." Bugs spoke with a sneaky suspicion on his face now in what Cartman just did.

"Hey Bugs? What's up? And don't say doc?" Iago asked off while Cartman seem to be doing something.

"Dugh, what is it, Bugs," Willie asked off puzzled while Cartman put his left foot on the skateboard and...

"Dill, walk right there, honey cakes." As Didi tried to baby talk her child, Cartman soon push the skateboard with enough force to send it off to crash into something or someone that groaned 'Owww!' there. "What now?" Didi moans in hearing the sound to check it out.

"Hey! What's happening down there?" Donald asked off in feeling something was going off now.

"What's going on down there?" Iago asked off in not being able to tell what happened here.

"What's he doing?" Goofy asked off from seeing Cartman trying to break open the tool box kit.

"Oh no; I can't watch! Can someone please cover my eyes?" Willie pleaded out in terror in not being able to do the job  while the other toys seem worried & concern, what was Cartman up to?

"I hate to say this, but we can't avert our eyes from this," Unknown spoke in sensing that something really bad is about to happen now.

"Oh no, look alive fellas! He's stealing Mickey!" Bugs yelped off to say just as Cartman opened the tool kit to take Mickey Mouse out and sneaky off with the mouse toy while the family didn't see him do the deed.

"WHA," Willie cried out in shock to hear what he heard right.

"Wawk; Stealing; Wha-wha-what now," Iago yelped off in being flabbergasted by this news report.

"He can't take Mickey the Mouse. Dugh, it's illegal to steal. Ain't it?" Willie spoke of in protest of the action happening here while Cartman put Mickey in his black tool case to carry him off while none saw him take what was being taken.

"Gwash; where's he going," Goofy asked off in where the thief was heading.

"Dugh quick, somebody, do something." Willie cried out in wanting somebody to stop the thief.

"Unknown, come on!" Bugs turn to the only toy that can keep up with him for a quick rescue work at hand.

"Understood." Unknown nods in hearing this and will wish to help out.

The rabbit toy lets jacobyel go before he and Unknown did a daring stunt while the others were scared & confused from what happened to Mickey.

"Bugs; Unknown," Minnie cried out in seeing those two action toys leap off to grab a pile rail to slide down before touching ground.

Once Bugs & Unknown were on the ground, they immediately ran off as fast as they could.

"Go get him, Bugs. You too, Unknown," Donald held his hands to his beak to whisper an encouraging cheer for the two heroes to get their friend. All they can do is waits for the two to come back with the mouse, if they can.

"Quick, we'll cut him off at the pass; you take the shadows while I risk pursuit through the yard sale." Bugs instructed his friend in what they gotta do here, split off to cut off the kidnapper.

"Isn't this where you try to confuse me to take the more dangerous path & you, the safer one?" Unknown asked in feeling that this rabbit try to play a switch-a-roo game.

"Nah I do that to bad guys, good guys I never do. Now let’s move." Bugs waved off to say what he do was to confuse bad guys & enemies, never to friends...mostly.

"Very well," Unknown nodded in hearing this before taking the path with the most shadows.

Bugs rush through the yard sale, hiding himself each time to avoid being seen by the customers. The rabbit got to time this right in hopes to get to the tool case that Mickey is in in time. The rabbit rush over to a wooden pole as Cartman smirks wickedly while closing the trunk of his car that he put the tool case in.

Bugs reach the mailbox at the same time as Unknown. They saw the car that is starting once Cartman got into the vehicle. Unknown calls out, "Let's go!"

By the time Bugs & Unknown made it to the wooden pole, Eric Cartman pulled his vehicle out, but then the two toys raced off to catch it. With a tied string on his shield, Unknown lasso'd the car's back lights when he and Bugs were running off to jump and grab ahold of the bar. Through struggle work, they climbed up to lie low to the trunk while the rabbit took deep breaths in what dangerous work is being done.

"Okay, heeeeigh....boy, this thing's sealed tight?" Bugs bent down to pull the trunk open, no luck there.

"It's locked, but I have a key." Unknown spoke in undoing his lasso part to have his shield's bottom point end inserted in the car's keyhole to turn to unlock it.

"Boy, a shield was the key to release? Bet  nobody ever thought of that. Now help me here." Bugs replied off before he and Unknown worked to lift the trunk door loose upwards, "Duaaughh!" Course the rabbit toy wasn't careful and one bounce knocked him off.

"Bugs," Unknown cried out to unknowingly leap off the car after his friend.

Soon Bugs was hitting & rolling across the street while some of his buttons were push to say his action phrases. Once he came to a stop, Unknown managed to land with much ease to help check on his friend.

"Are you undamaged?" Unknown asked from checking his friend while making sure that no traffic was coming, the last thing needed is a toy getting broken by a road accident.

"I'm good, what about...hugh?" Bugs was about to ask, only to stare up in shock to see the car with Mickey in it....was still going with the mouse.

Course, during the moment, both Bugs & Unknown stared at the vehicle's license plate number. Then from Cartman picking up speed, did the trunk close to only let off something to be thrown out, or flap out which were...feathers. Eric Cartman's car was now long gone, & all that was left before a shocked Bugs & a speechless Unknown in seeing their friend get taken so easily...were only feathers.

"Feathers...why would anybody have feathers fallout from the trunk unless they stuff chickens in there," Bugs asked off puzzled in picking the feather up to study  it, but looked back where Cartman drove off from, this mystery was not making any sense.

"I'm not certain, but we best head back to Tommy's Room, the others will need to be brief of the situation?" Unknown spoke with a glum tone that they need to get back to tell the other toys...that Mickey Mouse was long gone, to where...they don't know.

Back with Tommy's other toys, they seem to have seen what happened and were each in a sad, sorrow, worried & concern mood.

"Oh dear; Why would someone steal Mickey," Minnie responded from her closed gasp hand to ask, why anybody would wanna steal her love. Why would Cartman go to such lengths, for what objective...they don't know.

Cartman smiles as he drove his car through the huge city. His quest is done, now it's time for the next part that the fat boy was waiting anxiously for all his life. During this time, Mickey sat in the tool case looking worried. What's going to happen to him now?

Soon the car came to a stop in a parking lot of an apartment building, making Mickey hit the side of the tool case. Cartman got out of his vehicle and open the trunk as the toy mouse peek through the zipper hole. The thief grabs the bag and closes the trunk before heading into the apartment. Mickey took a glance at his toy-napper. Boy; is he fat and ugly.

Soon Cartman pass through the doors of the building and went inside, passing by a sign that is displayed on it which reads 'No Children Allowed. Pets Are Okay'.

Author's note
Uh oh! Mickey's been toy-napped by Cartman! Not good. In the next chapter, as Tommy's toys tries to figure out how to save him, Bugs identifies the thief. Meanwhile, Mickey run into some toys named Lola Bunny, Oswald, Pluto (another one) and Pete who seem to know him. But how? Read, review and suggest.
