Iron Hedgehog chapter 3

Hey, I'm back! Good reviews/suggestions so far. Time for the usual...

Essteka: Actually, Raza won't die until the scene with him and the main villain of the actual movie, so I can use your suggestion after all.

Midizzle: Well, if you don't like how I do my stories, then don't read at all. I can type and do however I want with my fics.

dragonmaster77: Well, I believe Iron Man did make a second suit before he made the one we are hellva familiar with. So yeah.

Chapter 3: Sonic's Metal Escape

Sonic pounds the hot metal via a hammer to make it into one hell of a shape. It took a few hours but the hedgehog use the pair of metal things to pick the hot thing up and dunk it into cold water, causing major steam to come out.
Oak meanwhile is working on the circuits in the suits, connecting bolts and wires together. Once the metal has cooled down, Sonic took it out of the water and put it on the table, much to Oak's notice.
"What is that, a face plate?" Oak asks Sonic curiously.
"Hell, what do you think it is? Something to protect my dick," Sonic jokes a bit. Oak laughs along with the hedgehog's joke. Even when their lives are in jeopardy, the two can have some great fun.
It took the two a couple of dates, sometimes Sonic and Oak plays a game between their times of work a bit like backgammon.
"Sheesh o besh," Sonic said with a groan as he rolls a 6 and a 5 on the backgammon board.
"Too bad, good roll though." Oak said in amusement, knowing that he himself is due to for another win. So far, Sonic has lost 6 games in a row!
Sonic and Oak works on the suit, smashing it into the shape and fixing the wiring at times, to keep the bad guys from getting suspicious. Eventually, by the time it's all done, the two science took took a proud look at their accomplishment. It is a suit that is blue and metallic. There are armor and weapons all over the damn thing.
"Where Sonic did you learn to make armor just like that?" Oak asks Sonic in amazement as he looks at the suit in awe.
"Not only was my dad a weapons manufacturer, he worked one time as a blacksmith under Ansem the Wise." Sonic said proudly. Oak is amazed as he knew of Ansem the Wise and his accomplishments and so it's no surprise that the professor didn't know that Ansem himself has Sonci's dad as a blacksmith.
"That must have been quite an honor."
"Yeah it was, Sam. Well, we did it, the suit is done!"
"Yes, we can use it to escape." Oak said though the old man is looking concerned as he glance at the camera and the huge ass metal door nearby. "However our enemies may get suspicious if we put the thing on."
"Don't worry, I took care of that." Sonic said with a smirk. During the progress of working on the suit, the hedgehog himself has taken precautions that the bad guys won't try to barge in and ruin everything as Sonic and Oak are about to make frigging history.

Dr. Claw came into the security room to see how Sonic and Oak were doing with their task of making the 'missile'. The villain looks at the camera that shows the room the prisoners are trapped in.
Something is not frigging right here. Dr. Claw see Oak working on something in the corner...but Sonic is nowhere to be seen! Something is not right here!
"Where is the hedgehog?" Dr. Claw snaps at a minion nearby.
"Hell, I don't know, sure. He was there a minute ago." The minion said worried as he glances at the camera, seeing no sight of Sonic at all! "Something is not right.
"Damn it, send some men down there to check up on him!"
"Right, you two, check on them!"
The two Fire Nation rogues that the minion has picked nod as they get their arms ready while leaving the room. If Sonic and Oak are working on anything other than the Jericho missile, their asses are dead!

Soon the two rogues arrive at the metal door to Sonic and Oak's cell and open the opening, with one of the hell, "Hey, what the hell are you two doing?! Dr. Claw wants his Jericho!!"
"Not good, not good at all." Oak said in worry as he saw that the bad guys are indeed at the door while putting the armor onto Sonic in a hurry. Worst yet, the rogues, who didn't get a frigging answer, are trying to force open the door! "They're breaking in!"
"Not for long." Sonic assure Oak quickly. Soon the door gave way. Any moment now, the Fire Nation rogues will storm into the prison cell, find out what the two good guys are doing and kill them both!
Suddenly an explosion occurs at the door, killing the two Fire Nation rogues in the progress. Sonic has set a bomb out between the door and wall, set to go off if the bastards try to open the door. The two bad guys are dead, but that noise is enough to get Dr. Claw and the other terrorists' attention!
"Dear God!" Oak said in horror, looking at the remains of the two Fire Nation rogues that try to break in.
"Not much time! Initialize the power sequence," Sonic urge quickly. The old man quickly goes to the laptop on the desk and press a few buttons. Soon a tool bar appears on the screen, slowly filling up with a percentage within on it. "The idea is for the bar to hit 100%. Let's hope to God that we got enough time."

Dr. Claw looks shock as he saw the two men send to Sonic and Oak blown to bits! Damn it, that means one thing: the prisoners are trying to escape!
"You, send your men and kill the prisoners!!!" Dr. Claw orders a Fire Nation general nearby. The minion now as he and his men prepare themselves while going on their new mission...
Kill Sonic and Professor Oak.


Sonic and Oak are still in the progress of filling the suit with the power needed. The sound of bad guys' footsteps is getting closer. The tool bar is only 50% but it doesn't look like the computer can fill the suit in time!
"Damn it, we won't make it. We need more time." Oak said in concern. Just then, a thought came to his mind. The professor quickly run over and pick up the gun from the dead hands of one of the corpses. Oak needs what he must do, even though it will spell his end.
"Oak, wait, come back!" Sonic said in shock and alarm. But Oak didn't listen as he run out of the room firing like mad at the bad guys, planning on killing some ass before he goes.

The bad guys are running like hell, planning on killing the good guys but the Fire Nation rogues are shock as they see Oak running firing at them screaming. The minions are force to run away with the old man managed to get a few hits or kills in. It appears Oak has them on the run!
"Crazy ass cowards, come and fight!" Oak yells as he chases his enemies around a corner. Unfortunately the professor finds himself eating his own words...
And very soon bullets as Dr. Claw and his men are right in front of Oak pointing their guns at him. The leader stood in front and smiles evilly while saying, "You wish for a fight? Then damn it, you got on!"
With that, on Dr. Claw's signal, the terrorists soon open fire.

Four Fire Benders rush to the cell, in hopes to find Sonic and killing him, ending his persistence once and for all. However, the men looks confused as all the lights in the hallway dim like mad, until they are turned off all the way.
The Fire Benders arrive at the cell and look in. Nothing but darkness here. It looks like Sonic is nowhere to be found at all!
"Damn, the hedgehog is..." The Fire Bender however didn't get a chance to finish ever again as a punch send him flying through a wall, killing him.
The bad guys gasp as a blue and metallic hedgehog appears out of nowhere. What the hell is this?! Unknown to them, it is none other than Sonic in his new metal suit!
Sonic charge at the Fire Benders, though a bit too slow thanks to the suit. The bad guys didn't waste time as they open fire on Sonic, but it appears that bullets or fire bending doesn't work on the hedgehog at all!
Sonic smirks, knowing his and Oak's work on the suit has work very well indeed! Payback time! The hedgehog kept on his charging while the Fire Bender ran off like damn cowards while they kept their attack.
Eventually they made it to a part where one of them uses a panel to make a metal door appear, closing it quickly. However one of them is left behind, trapped behind the door itself. The Fire Bender pounds on the door in terror, trying to get his allies to open the door. The bad guy then has a sound making him turn around and looks horrified. Sonic has obviously caught up to him.
The Fire Benders who seem to got away took a breather and looks worried. That must be Sonic in that damn metal suit and it must be what he and Oak were working on the whole time! One thing for sure, at least the bad guys are confident that the suit won't get through this metal door.
Wrong-o! The metal door was blown up with great force as the trapped Fire Bender was send through it, getting killed in the progress. Sonic came in with his suit on, ready to kick some ass.
Sonic hits one of the bad guys hard in the face, knocking him out. The lead Fire Bender got his gun out and held it near the suit's chest yelling, "Okay, Playboy, time to see if you can take this up close!"
"Try it, I'm waaaaaiting." Sonic challenge the Fire Bender with a smirk under his metallic helmet.
"Die!"
The Fire Bender fire his gun but all the bullets did was bounce off of the suit and hits the bad guy right in the shoulder. Sonic then counters by knocking the attacker off and walking away.
The billionaire hedgehog was almost to freedom and near the entrance when he saw a horrified sight: Oak is on a pile of bags, bleeding heavily but still alive. Dr. Claw's men have done a huge number on him!
"Sam!" Sonic said in concern as he begins to walk over to him.
"Sonic, look out," Oak exclaim weakly as he points to the right of his friend. Sonic turn and dodge an incoming missile that almost hit him. The attack came on Dr. Claw who is holding a rocket launcher in determination.
"You may have made armor that protects you from bullets but at least it won't keep you safe from that." Dr. Claw said sinisterly, thinking he will finally kill Sonic. The hedgehog has fails to make the missile, now he will die just like Oak!
"Armor, yes, and I got an extra." Sonic remark as he lifts up a right arm. To Dr. Claw's horror, a missile came right out of it. The villain didn't have to get out of the way as the attack hits him, sending the creep to a wall nearby.
With Dr. Claw out of the way, Sonic heads over to the wounded Oak and removes his own mask, revealing the hedgehog's face, "Sam, we got to get going. Move with me, remember our plan? We're sticking to it."
"Sonic...this was the plan all along." Oak said spitting out blood and chuckling weakly.
"Sam, please! Your family, they..."
"Sonic, my family is dead, I got nothing else to live for now. I will see them now. Don't worry, Sonic...I want this."
Sonic looks stun and pity towards Oak. The professor's family was dead all along, the old man was helping Sonic knowing it will cost him his own life. Oak knows what it's like to have no family and the billionaire knew that the professor won't mind dying if it means seeing his family in the afterlife again.
"Thank you." Sonic said to Oak with a nod.
"Do me a favor...don't waste two lives," Oak coughs, saying his last words to Sonic. With that, the old man closes his eyes for the last times and stop breathing. The hedgehog knew what happen: Professor Samuel Oak is dead.
Sonic's eyes are fill with tears. Even though he doesn't know Oak long, the hedgehog felt like he lost a friend. Worst yet, Sonic felt guilty, wishing he could've work faster and harder on the suit. If that was the case, the billionaire would've save his new friend but now, the only thing Sonic believes he is good at...is making weapons that hurt people.
Sonic decides it's time to get out of this place and in a hurry. Putting his mask on, the hedgehog got to the entrance returning to the area where he has seen the weapons the terrorists were using. Sonic looks disgust at the sight of them: these weapons are made by his own damn company, items of death used to hurt people! Time for them to go!
Sonic send fire and explosions onto the weapons, destroying them and making explosions go off everywhere. The Fire Nation fugitives do their best to fight the hedgehog, even firing like mad but there is nothing they can do to stop his rampage.
Soon the whole area is engulfs in fire, which means time for Sonic to get out of here. Turning on the jet pack function of the suit, the hedgehog flew up into the air as the whole place continues exploding. Thank God Sonic got out there...barely.
Sonic continues flying away, making his escape from the place. The hedgehog felt a bit good: the weapons the terrorists stole from his company are destroyed, the terrorists have been defeated and it looks like Professor Oak has been avenged. Things are looking good, right?
Unfortunately, the suit Sonic is wearing begins to slow down and suddenly it stop. The hedgehog slowly realizes that the jet pack function has run out of power...and right in the middle of the air!
"Oh god damn it!" Sonic groans as he begins to fell right to the Earth once more. The hedgehog groan, "How does Tails make this look so easy?"
Sonic hit the sand hard, causing the lower half of his body to get trapped while his suit was blown apart. The hedgehog got off luckily as he survived the whole ordeal.
"Nice, very nice," Sonic said sarcastically as he begins to dig himself out of the sand.

Author's note
Well, Sonic has escape Dr. Claw and his goons, even though it cost Professor Oak his life. Time for our hedgehog to go home but is America ready for the new Sonic who witness his own weapons use for terror? Read, review and suggest!

Sonic's first armor resembles Metal Sonic, his enemy from his own games.

Oh, and in case anyone asks, Dr. Claw's appearance resembles the action figure made years ago for the Inspector Gadget show. Sorry I forgot to mention it in the previous chapter.

Sonic saying, "I'm waaaaaiting", is a quote he said on two of his own shows.
